These men listed to the right are those who I believe most accurately and deeply portray God as holy and us as human, and who explore deeply the relationship between earth and heaven.

I am not putting these thoughts up on the web to try to teach anyone just for the sake of knowing arcane words, philosophy and rhetoric. I am posting these thoughts because I believe them to be powerful and thought-provoking. And I believe they point towards the truth.

Oswald Chambers wrote: "Always make a practice of provoking your own mind to think out what it accepts easily. Our position is not ours until we make it ours by suffering. The author who benefits you most is not the one who tells you something you did not know before, but the one who gives expression to the truth that has been dumbly struggling in you for utterance."

I hope that some of these words express some "truth that has been dumbly struggling in you for utterance." I hope you are challenged. I hope you are changed.
